I've loaded at Musco seceral times. The people have always been couteous and pleasant. Loading time varies. I've been out in an hour and out in 5 hours.
I only have one issue needing atte tion. They don't seem to care about leaving nails all over their patking lot. They build the crating right next to travel lane and then also drop nails in loading lanes.
I've mentioned the nails for months. I get a shrug. So I walk the travel path each visit and pick up nails. A nail in a side wall can cost $800 plus on the road.
