This shop did much better with my trailer's isue than the other Love's in Heflin, AL. The one in Heflin, AL hooked up my leveling valve all wrong. The mechanic here was able to identify that they should have used a mounting bracket. He saw it was mounted backwards, upside down, at the wrong angle, with the air supply hose connected to the point where air is supposed to go out of the valve. And it was leaking air because they didn't seal it at all. When I was releasing my brakes to drive, the leveling valve was letting all the air out of my air bags. When I'd set my brakes to park, it would air up my air bags. This shop here was able to get it to air up my air bags and release the air, but they never could figure out why it was overinflating the air bags. They were afraid of damaging the air bags by overinflating them, so they ended up leaving it disconnected in the end. I can't drive like this because it's not capped off really, but I could see these folks worked their hardest, they were polite and professional, and they got farther with fixing my issue than the other 2 shops that worked on this trailer. The Love's in Heflin caused more problems than they fixed. (The trailer ABS warning light even started turning on right after the Heflin shop worked on it.) Then the Petro I tried barely looked at it and said they couldn't find any air leaks or anything wrong with the air system. It's hard to find good shops. When they found how the other shop hooked that valve up wrong, I was sure they'd get it all fixed up. Oh well. I would have given 4 stars except I don't have enough air pressure to safely leave the parking lot now. But I think this might just be an unusually weird trailer issue, I'm not really blaming this Love's.
Edit: The day after I checked in, they got me on the road again. The air bags properly inflate while driving, although they don't deflate when parked like they're supposed to on this trailer. Good enough for now. The trailer ABS light turned off when they did this. I appreciate their hard work and patience with my unusual...
Read moreWent for an oil change that they said would be done in about 4 hours because there were a few vehicles in front of me. 6 hours later after numerous excuses of why it was taking so long, they tell me they have one jack in the whole service center that just “broke” and they can’t service me anymore and the only person who can fix the problem is the manager. Either they have a bunch of incompetent mechanics or they just really don’t want to work. Don’t go there if you want to be able...

I politely asked if he can take me in and change filters, it’s like 5-10 minutes job. NO!! They can’t multitask and they can’t have common sense ! 4 workers...
