Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable! We go for the grain free Fromm cat food, but we have also bought cat anxiety powder here. While they dont have aquarium or reptile supplies, they do have a good dog treat section as well. I believe I saw a section for rabbits and such, but we never really look in depth at that section since we dont have one, lol. Also, they did a great job explaining what to look for with different size treats for puppies vs. older dogs and had multiple sizes available in the same treat for smaller and larger breeds as well. They also reassured us about no rawhide- which is awesome! Definitely will be stopping in for holiday shopping for our friends and family's pets! Saturday's nail clinic is fast too, our cat hates being held and literally shakes when she smells the vet, but she was able to keep her calm and set a record for us because she clipped each paw in seconds, all 4 paws in literally less than 2 minutes, dew claws included. There's an option for dremmel, too, if looking for help keeping your fur babies' nails trim 💅 . Out of all the trips we've made in the past year or so, there's never been a problem or out of stock in...

I have been going here for quite awhile now and never had issues. UNTIL TODAY! Rude women who thought it was acceptable to argue with the customer because I felt they were rushing me out to close EARLY! It was 5:45 and they supposedly close at 6 pm! One spunky chunk girlie had the nerve to interrupt me and say BYE!!! BYE!!! The older heavyset woman thought that was ok and went along with it. Just unbelievable!!! SMH! All because I told them they made me feel rushed. I know the difference between genuinely caring for your customer and offering to help, but their asking me 3 different times if I needed help were not feeling or looking like that by their rude mannerisms! What's sad is they are a Muskego small business who should be doing everything they can to KEEP their customers! Lost at least 2 today and more likely. Seriously, BBB will get a formal complaint. Very Nice people and store, just be very careful how much things cost. I grabbed just ONE 12 inch bully stick treat for my dog with some other items. I realized later when I looked at receipt I paid $16.00 for it.. WOW WOW WOW... Called them , and they said it was priced correctly. I should have bought my dog a huge Ribeye steak instead and saved myself some money ,lol. Holy cow was this the most expensive Bully stick I ever bought. My dog did enjoy it , but he sometime eats poop too , so I don't think he cared how much it cost me. Live and learn , I should have paid...
