Terrible experience with our washer and service from lake vacuum and appliance. Bought a used washer a year and 2 months ago. Back in March we started having issues, had it fixed and it seemed to work. 3 weeks later it was giving us the same issues after we had thrown the receipt of repair away. Lake Vaccum had NO RECORD OR REMEMBERANCE of even coming out to our house nor what the guy had fixed. He then came back out and just said to “balance the load” like I hadn’t already did that. He was about to leave and I asked him to please look it over good because the part previously fixed had failed and I knew it. Turns out he never installed the part right to begin with and instead of replacing with new he reinstalled the part. Now there is an issue with a different part all together. Went here for a new belts my Hoover pet rewind vacuum is known for needing replaced as it's self propelled.
