I would like to begin with rating my budender, Logan, individually from the total rating. I am rating my bartender, Logan, a five-star award. Patience, friendliness, helpfulness, polite, good energy those are what the five stars stand for with Logan.
As a total experience I'm rating a five star, with a friendly suggestion. I will state that at the end.
I always enjoy walking into your building because the receptionist is so bright and friendly, I love her eye makeup. I really don't even mind waiting in the waiting room I love that it's all glass in there so I'm rainy days with storms we can sit in there and see everything outside. You definitely feel safe because you can see the camera screen right inside along with security. There are also public restrooms that are very clean at all times.
Once you go back into the budroom the bartenders are always on point. There's a pretty good flower selection and it's easy to tell the prices seeing how they are color coded. $7 is the lowest gram that I have seen. They have a pretty good selection of vape cartridges they're lowest price is $15 that I have seen. There's a point program I believe you have to get to 500 points to get $10 off which is kind of a lot but they are very giving with free goodies if you're part of their program. Last two times I've been in I've gotten a free eighth. That's a free 8th last month and a free 8th this month. It's totally worth it to sign up for their rewards program if you're not a part of it already. Let me mention, I was in there on 420 and boy was that the spot but that's another story....
So this last time I went into make my purchase I only had my card I went to withdrawal from the ATM and you can't draw out $10. The lowest it lets you go is 20 and then the next amount is 40. So being that I was unable to get enough money out for my purchase.....
Luckily Logan save the Day, by looking in my rewards and seeing that I have a free eighth I was no longer worried about that gram I couldn't purchase because I was gifted and 8th thanks for looking Logan smart move.
I wouldn't change a thing about the store besides the ATMs I would get different ones that let you draw out different amounts.

I traveled to Muskegon from out of state last weekend and heard great things about this place so I placed a drive up order. The people facilitating drive up orders were really nice, and I would have given 5 stars had they not forgotten to return my drivers license to me and then acted as if it were my fault. They collected my ID from me to get my order when I arrived, came back out to give me the total, and I handed them cash. They brought out my change, I told them to keep it, but didn't give me my ID. Usually when I go to dispensaries and do drive up orders, they return my license by putting it in the bag so I didn't even think to check until it was time to leave the hotel for dinner. The hotel was a solid 15 min drive away, this whole incident made me late for my dinner reservation and the concert I came to town for. They clearly realized my license didn't make its way back to me, because when I drove back to retrieve it, the man at the door went to the register and said "She left her ID here" and the person at the register pulled it out of the drawer and handed it to him. I made this order on my cell phone where I had to put down my phone number for the order, you think after they realized THEY didn't return my license to me, they would have called me. ESPECIALLY since my ID clearly shows that I live HOURS away in another state. Instead they tossed it in the register drawer and didn't think twice about it. I didn't receive any sort of apology and no one took any accountability, instead they said I left my ID there, even though I never stepped foot in the building and I handed my ID to an employee who failed...
Read moreAs a first time customer I was very satisfied with JARS. The store has an eye appealing exterior and interior and looked very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The product was of good quality and reasonably priced. Will definitely be going back! Shout out to Pamela! She did an awesome job!
Last trip was insanely hectic feeling. Music was way to loud and they were very busy. The other customers were louder than required as well due the music volume and collectively, it was just to much. In order to see the product I had to go stand in someone else's way. My order taker Aubrie was nice. Unfortunately I could barely hear her so it was a struggle to complete the order. I had my first issue with the product I purchased. Sabryna resolved my issue and I was on my way in great time. Thx again!!
