5/2/25 UPDATE: Shout out to this group of amazing, caring group at Bodega! I was able to reach out to the store owner, Levi. He immediately apologized for the issue. He thoroughly explained the situation with online orders and pricing. There are issues with ordering from different tiers to make an OZ. and the website giving you more of a discount than you're supposed to get because you're getting different tiers. Levi said he's been working on getting the issue fixed, but the people who are supposed to fix it haven't yet. He's been on it though. He told me to come in and he'd hook me up. I went in today and got to use my points to get some good stuff, plus he HOOKED IT UP!šŖš»š¤š» The girl at the counter was super helpful and happy and a joy to talk to. I just love seeing ya'll when I come in! Love the love you have for your customers. Thank you all for taking care of me, I'll definitely be staying with you guys for my needsš«¶š»
USE CAUTION WITH PRICING WHEN PLACING ONLINE ORDERS AT BODEGA! I've been a loyal customer for a while now. Recently started using the option to place my order online and pick up in store. I have never had any issues with prices not matching from what it tells me online compared to in the store at pick up, until today.
I wanted to use $20 off (400 points) towards my purchase. I've been saving them for one of the more expensive sections, it's not something we get often.
I bought 1 half that was from the $20 section (Lemon Tree), 1 half that was from the $40 section (Jolly Rancher). When they were added to my cart, it lowered the price, I assumed it was bundling it into an oz, saving a few dollars. The website did it, I didn't. I didn't put any discount codes or added anything that was on sale, because nothing was.
My total on the website came out to $49 and some change, plus $9 and some change for tax, so $58 and some change total. Then add in my $20 off, it should have been $38 and some change. That's exactly what it told me online as I placed the order.
I pick up my order and the guy tells me it's $60 something. I say that is should be under $40, he explains the prices of the halves and how $20 and $40 make $60, then gotta add tax. I show him my online receipt, he says he doesn't understand why it tells me that as those are not the prices.
I say I don't know either, but it does. I go through the whole order process on my phone, showing him the prices individually ($20 & $40), then prices added together ($15 & $35), then the total price ($58 and some change). He just keeps saying he doesn't understand why, tells me I can get less than the 14G I was getting to get it under $40, which is all I brought.
I said no, I wanted what I ordered for the price the website showed or at least the website to be fixed if it's wrong. I ended up getting something else because I had to if I ever wanted to let the other customers go, and he threw in a few cheap pre rolls that tasted like year old hayš will definitely be shopping around, finding myself a new weed home. Very disappointed in this situation. Don't order online at Bodega because the prices...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI gave one star because I canāt post with ZERO stars. I just experienced what has to be the worst customer service ever!!! While being served by one bud tender (the only person who handled himself accordingly), the other one felt the need to inject himself in the conversation which escalated. Fast and loud. The few times Iāve patronized this establishment, this particular employee has always been rude, standoffish and arrogant. Not only that, the receptionist (who claimed to be the owner) decided to stand there and allow his employee to speak to me in any fashion other than professional then asked me to leave without addressing his employee. ATAB?!!!!! I wonder if this is why thereās hardly EVER any customers there. I guess the good part about there NEVER being a lot of customers there is I never have to wait. It does however make me wonder how old the products are. Idk who needs to hear this but, weed will mold if itās sitting too long. Itās a disgrace to say the least. Itās obvious that this company doesnāt care about their customers seeing how all of this happened in front of another customer, provoking that customer to leave without buying anything. Could you believe that it all started because of how I felt about the quality of their products? Am I as a customer wrong for having an opinion? What ever happened to valuing your customers? The employee even had the nerve to walk out the store behind me to continue being confrontational with me. Things like that will be the demise of this company. Itās not a good look and people like him (wish I knew his name) shouldnāt be representing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHour of operation 9am-9pm. 9:10 am and the front door is locked. As another customer comes to the door I told her itās locked. So she knocks on the door and a customer opened it and let us in. As we are waiting to be checked in, another 5 minutes go by without seeing an employee. I rang the bell, (at this point itās 9:22) and from the sales floor and both the enter and exit doors closed we heard the employee yell āHOLD ON A SECONDDDD!!ā Excuse me??? Thereās a dispensary on EVERY BLOCK in this town. I can hand my money to any other of them instead of being disrespected and yelled at while waiting to be taken care of. Iām not handing my money to anyone that wants to scream at a customer to hold on. I waited for over 10 minutes. We could have at least gotten a āIāll be right with youā My favorite dispensary quickly turned into the one I will not ever give my business to again. If your hours of operation are 9-9 and itās 9:15 and customers canāt get in and get yelled at, I donāt see this dispensary staying open and being successful much longer. I work in the service industry and I understand stressful times, but what I donāt understand is an employee screaming on the sales floor. Unprofessional and...
