Fish N Chicks — Restaurant in Muskegon

I tried to call for 2 days with only answering machine taking calls. I wanted to order 50 PCs of chicken, and a few other sides so I go there 4 hours before I need the food to order and pre pay.....to be told I need to call that in ...what are u kidding me??? I told the cashier I have been trying to call...no answer...got a dumb look😱 we can't make that kind of order you have to order 2 days advance.. ..for 50 pc of chicken from a chicken place .......so Lee's it is where I can get 199 PCs of chicken thru drive thru. Try to support small locals but the service just isn't there...

I Order food n son order cookies, listening to the store manager complaining about working cause he usually in bed at 830 I left outside the door n took a call came back in and he said my son has my food ok. Got the food n not what I order took it back n he start talking crazy. First off I paid him not my 10 yr old son n 2nd why he can't keep the orders straight. Manager needs customers service skills no wonder I go in their n it's always a different worker bet $ he talking crazy to his staff; if he does it to customers who spending money with him! It's not surprising to me that restaurants are going out of business left and right. This place is a typical example of price gouging. Chicken is not that expensive. The prices are comparable to what they were two decades ago. But every chicken place now wants to charge about four times or five times more, than what was charged ten years ago. I ordered from this place because they were at least not insanely priced like KFC or Popeyes. But that's over, and I will never order from this place again. The chicken was pretty good, but...
