This is the most unprofessional business i have ever delt with. After giving me their word that they would have my wife’s bike tore apart and let me know what was wrong with it within the week, it was two weeks later after I told them we changed our minds and that I would take it somewhere else that they decided to go ahead and get to it, once that was done they decided they wouldn’t tell us that they needed money up front for the parts and now they are wanting to charge us over 500 dollars in order to get our bike back in parts. I asked to speak to the owner who never called me and after being told he was there and waited on hold for ten minutes I hung due to being at work. The lady that works there is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever delt with. I was there multiple different times and talk to her on the phone multiple different times and never was told a payment was needed in order to get the parts order. Am I wrong or do dealerships order the parts, do the work and then charge you for the money?! I will be proceeding from here with my lawyers sense the owner can not be professional enough to talk to his customers and hides behind...

The worst experience ever been going to them for 15 years was charged the price of a brand new weedeater, stihl. a carburetor changed out tried to get a quote prior to leaving it, comment was, we don't know what it will be until we get inside it. big mistake!! DONT EVER go back to that company,, THE WORST!! I have to give them one star because it won't let you post unless you do they are terrible they are a hardware store they like to screw you.. Took my weed eater to these people and toldmd me it would be about a week to get it fixed its been a month had to order another part told me from beginning it just took one. On top of that the woman told me she had no idea when the part would be in. If you take equipment here, good luck getting it fixed.
