I recently visited Ocean House in search of a wetsuit, the girl working at the time was very helpful, and gave me some useful advice and found me what I was looking for. She was working by herself at the time, and it was a little bit hectic for one person to deal with alone. It was a beautiful weekend and the waves were pumping, but she managed to juggle the phone and a steady stream of customers all at the same time without neglecting anyone. It was really impressive and prompted me to write this review. Give that girl a raise. The shop was in a temporary location due to construction and parking was shared with a restaurant at the same location. The selection was also a bit limited, especially because it was the end of a busy weekend, but I was able to get what I came for and the prices were definitely fair...

Unfortunately I had a really scary and terrible experience when trying to rent from this shop. Amber had acted aggressively and was very unprofessional. As I was preparing to receive my rentals, my father had called the shop to inquire about prices, but Amber seemed to have gotten annoyed by the call and began to raise her voice and even used the f-bomb multiple times. After she had angrily hung up, she continued to yell at my mother and I who stood in respectful silence. This was not even an argument, I honestly feel verbally harassed.
