Centennial Golf Course — Local services in Nampa

Golfed here on Sunday 10/2. The course was in good condition. I'm giving a 1 star because of the marshall. Absolutely ridiculous. The pace of play was super slow. Instead of addressing the group that was the cause of the problem.....( who we later found out was a marshall as well...go figure) he decided he would address us. What are we supposed to do? Smh. He was watching us our whole round. No idea why. Then on hole 17 my friend was getting ready to chip on the green and he comes blazing up in his cart right next to the green. Parked his cart right in my friends way....gets out and starts raking a sand trap. My buddy was like can we help you? I'm getting ready to hit! And your not even supposed to have your cart there. He looked at us and pointed to marshall sign on his cart and said he can drive wherever he wants. I just about lost it. I told him to beat it and go find something to do that's not in our way. We didn't even finish the last hole. We just left. Then he followed us back to the clubhouse and parked his cart and watched us until we left. Worst golf marshall I have ever dealt with. We were doing nothing wrong. I will never return to this course because of him. Thanks for ruining our round. I regret bringing my friend here for his birthday. This all happened around 4 o'clock. The round ended up taking 5 .5 hours and we didn't even finish the last hole. This guy needs to be fired. He thinks he is God. Lol. I wanted to tie him in a knot soooooo bad. But he wasn't worth it. 😕 stay away from this course if you want to have a fun...

Mixed review... Most of the staff members are really nice and friendly. I have been using the driving range for about three weeks now and so far I have not had any problems. Today Friday, I wanted to paly nine holes, and one of the staff members (older gentleman) told me that there was no tee times available until after 12 PM, however, there was no one on the first tee box, no-one waiting. The last foursome that went out were already teeing off on the second hole and the previous group had gone out about 40 minutes before them. Staff member told me to go to Ridgecrest because according to him there was nothing available. I waited on the parking lot looking at the first tee and no group was teeing off. As I was leaving, 20 minutes later, finally a threesome was on the first tee. So I wonder how come this staff member did not put me with the threesome that was teeing off.

I have played there once two weeks ago and it was a nice experience. I hope I don't have to deal with this...

Best place as far as treatment absolutely awesome guy at the pro shop can't say enough good about him such a nice guy considering we're not golfers but just like to smash golf balls on the driving range so for not being in that click of people he still treated me and my wife like we belonged there and were welcome unlike most places I've visited my wife wanted to see the golf coarse so I asked him if I could just rent a kart to show her and after explaining ware to drive it and some curiosity tips he just let us take a kart to view the coarse very uncommon and my wife was so happy that it just made both our days so thank you sir ....DEFINITELY RECCOMENED VISITING THIS PLACE EVEN IF YOUR NEW...
