I wish I could rate a zero. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Everyone here is always having problems with management. They stress everyone out with millions of paper work. Especially with recertification paperwork! They have us fill out these forms in November and then again in March because Ofelia states “paper work is expired and need to renew” which causes tenants to submit everything all over again! Months worth of bank statements, paychecks, any income you might have, etc. Including all credit cards under every household names AND MORE!! It’s very stressful and time consuming especially when we have work and child care to worry about. I’m constantly feeling stressed out causing me problems with my partner and family. If your don’t comply or submit anything they ask for, management constantly sends notices about failing to comply which leads to termination. Napa housing always involve to help solve the issue. Ofelia not a very smart person. She acts nice at first but she only cares about herself and her job. Don’t fall for her little small talks.I promise you. SHE DOES...

This is actually a really nice neighborhood to live. Just poor environment.

Hard to get anything resolved with management. Poor connection. Poor maintenance. Cigarette buds on site. Groundskeeper/Maintenance always on his phone unprofessional talking about Ofelia; Groundskeeper/Maintenance smokes cigs on the clock when there’s a no smoking policy. Washer and dryer are really old. Not being maintained properly. Playground needs more bark. Causing many serious accidents due to tree roots. Wasps nest next to playground. Causing ER trips. Ants, spiders, bed bugs, ticks, roaches, pincher bugs are common in the units. Dog waste aren’t being taken care of by some dog owners. Stray cats being fed by an old tenant, causing...

Don’t bother moving here! Units are very poor maintenance. I’m constantly having to have someone come to my unit to fix something! Water heater always going out. A/C or Heater always out. Disposable or dishwasher always going out. Bathroom doors don’t open all the way because toilet in the way. Walls paint chipping because they repainted layers of paint after remodeling. I’m always finding nasty bugs in our apartment and in our beds, especially spiders and ants, sometimes roaches or pincher bugs. Very stressful environment with all the paper work management keeps asking for! Not worth the stress people!
