We rented a boat at elm hill marina and used this company to captain our boats. We also rented a Lilly pad & 2 90 quart coolers w ice.

Come that day, they were not there at the scheduled time, and it was because Captain Lee had the wrong date down. Not only did they shows up LATE, but they showed up with none of our equipment we rented. We ended up only out in the boat for an hour bc they were late & it started raining/thundering at 11.

During the time on the boat, one of the captains was nice & helpful. The other captain was rude and not helpful. & started asking the girl who had all the money for the money that day & kept telling her to venmo him.

Details for Nashville Boat Captains: the captains were booked for 6/29 on my end but the owner of the company told me the morning of he had the wrong date written down, after we all showed up on time and they were late.. Hence why the 2 captains showed up empty handed (no coolers or Lilly pad) and LATE, which cut into our time on the boat. The issue was addressed this weekend 7/16 and today and all Captain Lee did was just point the finger at me like I had done something wrong. He didn’t refund any of the money even though we didn’t get out on the boat for 2 hours after we had booked it bc they were late, and we missed out on a lot of water time due to their mistakes! & not to mention one of their staff was extremely rude &...

A group of us rented two boats and used this company as our captains. We paid for two captains, a lily pad, and two large coolers. Come the day of our boat rental, no one showed up. When called, they had the wrong month written down. Mistake are made and it’s understandable. HOWEVER, when our two captains got there LATE and called their boss to tell him they made it on time.. red flag number one. They also showed up empty handed with none of the things we had rented. We finally got out in the water, an hour late, and then had to come back in 1-2 hours later because it started storming. Another hour later, the marina closed and told us we could no longer be on the water for the day so they refunded us for half a day. I understand no one controls the weather. HOWEVER, again this company let us down. Not only were they extremely RUDE and unprofessional, they made no attempts to make it right. Finally, we finally got back a whopping $100 which is nothing compared to the $720 we paid, INCLUDING a 20% tip because we were berated for payment as soon as they arrived, again late. We were very happy to have Captain Chris onboard the pontoon with our bachelorette group. I was honestly nervous when I couldn't find any open availability with the other "full service" bachelorette pontoon boat companies...but booking a double decker boat (with TWO slides! #SlideWars) through Four Corners Marina and then hiring a captain from Nashville Boat Captains to drive the boat was honestly SUCH a better choice. I spoke with Lee prior to booking and he was super friendly and answered all my questions. Then Chris reached out the week of and the morning of to check in and communicate more details for our group. Chris is professional AND fun - the best combo! He brought us a huge cooler/ice for a small fee and he took us to a couple different spots on the lake - cliff jumping and then tied up with some other boats in a cove! It was perfect.
