We bought the Samsung kitchen package in 2018 with protection plan. Clarksville location. Fridge, dish washer, double stove and over stove microwave. We have had nothing but problems with everything each year since. 2020 found out there was a class action lawsuit for everything from that year. Bad news, we were too late to join, were never notified and , are you ready for this? The lawsuit started very shortly before we bought and was featured on a Nashville New station. This past year the stove broke down during 5 family dinners or family birthday lunch/dinners. Temperature in oven has NEVER been consistent even with a thermometer it changes during cooking. Ice maker has never worked right after 3 replacements. It only produces just under 1.5gts maximum even when it works right. Believe it or not, that is the max volume of ice. The microwave is our fault, we never owned a over the stove with less than 1100 watts, ours? 900watts. That's equivalent to a small microwave. The popcorn setting never pops a whole bag BUT the technician gets a full bag with the individual size bag, you know, the halloween treat size. The dishwasher works fine WHEN ITS WORKING. ASSURION keeps sending someone out and after 6 repairs to the stove they finally are going to do something, they just can't decide what and its been 6 weeks. OBTW(the stovetop shattering once without use 3 times during use) NOT ONCE in all service calls, has there been a fault with every appliance that was outside the lawsuit reports. What has Home Depot done through all this ? Only one thing! They can't find our receipt or service plan. We tore our house up and finally found everything. I found it above the microwave. Crazy as it sounds I put it there so it would not get lost. This last point is interesting. Around the 4th or 5th service call we were called by the repair shop and told (without even asking if we had it) they told use the could not repair our fridge because home depot had no record of the sale. I had to drive to Clarksville and with a copy of our original show them.. I was so paranoid I made them compare the copy to my origional. I opened a Home Depot credit card to get $200 off the sale. The credit company and Home Depot still can not locate the sale. Tennessee Attorney General office said to go to an attorney and file a copy with them. $275.00 I keep a certified copy at home and origional in a security deposit box. ...

I was told i would get a $75 credit because the salesman left off the haul away order and i had to take care of it myself. They did not give me the credit. I am sickened by this company that i have spent tens of thousands of dollars at.
I have bought many large appliances at this store. Every single time something has gone terribly wrong. The latest catastrophe was in buying my refrigerator. The delivery driver told me they could not install it because I didn't have a water line and refrigerators won't work without one. Funny, because the old one worked for 20 years. They proceeded to take it and drive off. I went to the store and explained what happened, I was made to feel like it was my fault that "let" them drive away. There was one very kind and helpful lady that really tried to help and she was able to get in touch with the delivery people and send them back. So they come ba k and try to take it in the door on the wide side. I had to get a measuring tape to prove to them that they needed to turn it around to fit in the door. They tried twice during this to tell me I just needed to reschedule my delivery. The door handles were also scratched up during this process. Once they got it in, reluctantly, they said they were leaving. I said wait, I asked for haul off service for the old one and they said no, it wasn't on the order so they left my old refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen. They were correct, the salesman had not added that to my order even though I had requested it. Not only that, but he had charged me for a water line even though I specifically asked not to have one. Next, I contact management. The lady was very sympathetic about the situation and told me she would talk to a man who would be calling me the next day. This guy never calls, I wait 4 or 5 days and call back. He went on vacation! Ok so now they say they will come getvit if I putvit outside, for a charge. I agree. Next they say nevermind because fridges are heavy and we have to keep our employees safe. The frustration is beyond belief. They gave me a $75 credit and wished me luck. Read moreI went to the Home Depot located near Briley Parkway to pay my Home Depot account, there was a gentleman in front of me that was being serviced, I stood there until it was my turn. Now mine you when I write a review about a company I am all about great customer service, because if I was in that person position and I’m working for a company I would want that customer to have the best experience ever so they would come back.
This was my second experience with paying my Home Depot account there, and both times I got the same employee, the first time I give her my bills , I tell her what I wanted to pay on my bills she types in the incorrect amount after I verbally told her the amounts, which I paid more than I wanted to but went ahead , the second time I ended up with the same person this time I’m in line , waiting, after she gets threw with one Customer she walks off never acknowledges that I’m there and starts doing something else , by now I highly upset I could not believe she just did that . I-expect her say can I help you , or have you been helped but she did nether, I had to speak up and ask do I pay my bill here or do I go in another area. That experience sucked , I will never go back there to pay my bill , I told my husband what happened he said don’t worry I will go and pay it. I love me some Home Depot but I hate louse customer service, and if young people don’t want to work or hate there job quit I do a lot of reviews I hardly ever give a 1 star , but this incident deserves it.
