I got a smart tv with insurance, well the first one quit working the first day, so they got it and kept it for 3weeks and couldn't get it fixed, so they gave me a Phillips smart tv, I've had trouble with it since I got it, it will not stay connected to WiFi and if you push home button or sometimes any button the tv freezes up.. they will not do anything about it, they said once that I should call the company that makes the tv... well I didn't buy it from Phillips and didn't buy this kind to start with ..
