I first went to the Verizon store in Rocky Mount on 301... where I was yelled at when I opened the door to stay outside. A man came outside and asked how he could help us.... I told him I needed to upgrade a phone... he told me... not kidding at all... told me that he could only let one of us in.... told me I’d have to leave my child in the car while I came in and handled my business... I was so fired up I told him I was done and was headed to US Cellular... I know this pandemic has things off but I’m not leaving my kid in the car!!! That’s a policy that makes Verizon liable! Nevertheless I went to Nashville Nc store... met Adam... and within 10 minutes he had me taken care of. He apologized for my experience at the other store. Nashville NC Verizon is my store going forward...never ever again will I go in the Rocky Mount store!!!!...

They will sale/upsell you a product and they say you have to go to a corporate store to fix it? Like what ?????? Can't thank her enough for what she did & I didn't lose any information, which I was very nervous about. She is very sweet and a great personality. Could not ask for a better sales person.
