They are doing a great job of making the store look like you may want to shop there. At least the freezers have been replaced. The produce coolers are original from when it was an IGA back in the 60's or 70's. Most of the rotting smell is gone. Everyone I know uses the Dover store or other local grocery stores for the big shopping trip and use the Bolivar store to grab a couple things. I almost said quick, it's rarely quick. About one year ago, the Butcher there once told me that he does not observe the difference between the legal terms "Ground Beef", "Ground Round" , "Ground Sirloin" and so-on. I'm standing there paying for the groceries, getting my rewards card for the cashier; and before I know it, they're pushing me out of the way as more groceries from the next customer gets slid onto the belt.
