I just looked to see if the owner replied to my 1 star review, which you can read. Yes, he did write a reply, but he lied in his reply. He stated this, " I was present with him and he did his job properly." I won't rehash the issue, but I will call the owner out for the lie. I was with a friend and neither of us even saw the owner's face. He was in the back of the shop grinding or drilling on something. Never saw him look up or show his face. I did appreciate just about everything else he wrote in his reply, but since he told a bold face lie, I had to respond. He never came to the front where we were and I don't think he ever got out of his chair. His head was down working (which is completely normal and acceptable) and focused on whatever he was doing which sounded like a drill or small grinder. But then to say he was "present with him" is just a lie to protect the boy. Check my review history. I leave excellent reviews and mostly very positive. I brought my wedding ring in a few months ago to have it inspected. I knew there were some issues with the way it was designed and was concerned about the integrity of the build. I mentioned this and the team was honest with me, letting me know the original design just wasn't mean for longevity and that I would keep having loose stones if I left it alone. So, we started the process of redesigning it in a way that made it strong and long lasting. They had impeccable attention to detail and recreated my ring so closely it's almost identical.
