My mother applied for an apartment and was denied, the issue was picking up her refundable $500 application fee. We called ahead to ensure she could pick it up on Saturday. Carlos in the leasing office informed her she could pick it up between 10am and 5pm per the leasing office hours. We’ve been waiting for over 40 minutes only for him to tell her we have to wait 30 more minutes for him to conduct a tour for prospective tenants, who arrived after we did. I understand the leasing office has priorities but I think it is inefficient and rude to keep people waiting for something that only takes a few minutes. It has been very frustrating dealing with Modera regarding this process. Carlos was so rude towards my mother she cried after leaving the office. I called him and gave him a piece of my mind. He can bully and mistreat an older woman, but when a man calls him out on his behavior, he's at a loss for words. Is this how you conduct business Modera? Don’t waste your time...

The staff and amenities are pretty standard for this type of development. Pleasant clean responsive etc for the most part. I'm not sure who decided where the speed bumps should be but they are totally ineffective people blow past the stop signs and park wherever they want to. Also the quality of the gatherings has gone down in the last 18 months they keep using the same caterer who clearly is just heating up stuff from Costco. They used to have really good food at events. I'd rather have only one or 2 events a year and have better...
