Pin's to Win — Local services in Neosho

Pin’s to win in Neosho MO is by far the best bowling shop I’ve ever been to. Myself and my wife went in there and bought new bowling balls and took them bowling that evening them balls performed amazing until my ball received damage from the lane or ball return which ever I reported it to the bowling alley like your suppose to and they told me that they could fix it only to find out they made it worse cause now I had ball damage and a flat spot ball wouldn’t even go down the lane at this point so I reached back out to Pin’s to win and he made it right by warranty the ball out and getting me back to bowling something he didn’t have to do lesson learned here for sure I greatly appreciate it just shows good people...

The owner is ridiculous, not even starting with his business, I was bowling a tournament he was at, placed my balls close to where he was sitting down, and in an incredibly rude manner said, “Move your stuff I’m sitting here”. He also thinks that the best business strategy is putting other pro shops down, half of his posts on Facebook are about bashing the other shops in the area. Terrible...
