TL:DR We sat in this store for 30 minutes to not do anything because the workers are unaware of what's going on with the customers and the store is labeled poorly.

While the service was generally nice, I was waiting in line for 20 minutes before I found out I had to take the consignments to the back of the store. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes before they got to me. They took all my stuff and sorted through it. Not knowing what brands they didn't take because their sign for it was small and on the column behind the worker where I could not see it, nor could my wife read it without her glasses. My main problem was the general unawareness of the workers. We walked in with a big box of clothes and waited in the front line for twenty minutes and the cashier didn't say anything to me although she watched us walk in. We found out that we had to go to the back because my wife started walking around. Then we waited to be helped in the back for about 10 minutes. The worker started sorting everything out, didn't ask if we filled any paperwork out. It was the first time we have ever been in this store. We didn't know we had to sign up for consigning. They told us we could not sell them and that they weren't excepting any consignors anymore. I Always Enjoy going in this store. Not just for dropping off my consignment items, but to shop the entire store, but to also visit with the employees. Many times, I do find what is needed to complete or compliment an outfit that is suited for my lifestyle. With the clothing being of good quality, the prices are well within my money budget. This is an ideal place to shop. I’ll admit…I never leave with a “frumpy”...

One woman working was extremely rude to me when I was unaware of their consignment policy, that I might add was not posted anywhere. They don't take new consignors, no wonder the clothing they have is outdated I'm poor condition as well as over priced. Selling wise this place is a waste of time and shopping there is also a waste as the things they do have you can get at a much cheaper...
