Grand Central Appliance — Local services in Nescopeck

I recently made a purchase and received a delivery from this store. Weeks later I see my delivery persons name on the front page of the local news paper charged with terrible crimes. I'm extremely concerned that this business continues to employ this man as a delivery driver.

This is not someone who should be entering customers’ homes or driving a company vehicle, especially after hours. As a woman and a member of the community, I would not feel safe allowing him near my home or family.

Our washer we had a few years crashed and we called Grand Central. Their service team came out and had to replace the motor. The repair tech was very nice and professional. The cost was far less than expected and well worth it. I put them in my contacts if there is a need of any future repairs.

Recently bought a Speed Queen set. From sales to delivery, everything went perfectly! The store has a great selection, and the delivery guys were polite and respectful of my home.

UPDATE: I had a new refrigerator delivered this past weekend. From ordering to delivery, the process was flawless once again. I will only shop for furniture and appliances at Grand Central...
