If you are going anywhere else besides Nespoli Jewelers, you are wasting your time. Jonathan Nespoli is the absolute best in the jewelry business.

From my own personal experience, I have a diamond and emerald ring from when my youngest son was born in 1988. My intent is that he will give this to his wife one day. Back in the 1990s, I lost one of the emeralds, but he was young and I was poor, so it never got replaced. The ring was originally bought at Bartikowsky Jewelers in Wilkes-Barre. The quality of the diamonds and emeralds is superb.

I don’t wear much jewelry anymore, but I knew it was time to have the emerald replaced. Not being familiar with local jewelers, I took it to an establishment in Berwick in January 2020. They assured me they could match it. Five weeks later, I went to pick up the ring. It no longer fit me, so I couldn’t try it on. I barely glanced at it and took it home. When I got home and got a better look, I couldn’t believe it. I’m no jeweler, but with the naked eye, I could see the replacement emerald was not a match whatsoever. It was smaller than the other two, and it was cloudy and dull in color. It wasn’t even set correctly. I couldn’t believe what I paid for.

I knew I had to return the ring and get the emerald out. I didn’t want a replacement from that same jeweler. They were not getting a second chance.

Prior to returning the ring, I thought I would give Nespoli’s a try. It was a short walk down the street. With one look, Jonathan could not believe that this ring was given to me in the condition it was.

He assured me that if I returned with the ring for him to replace, he would match it perfectly. Plus, he would charge me exactly what the other jewelry store charged me, even if his cost was more.

I had the emerald taken out and returned to Nespoli’s with my ring.

Then Covid hit. Jonathan had some difficulties with the normal places he dealt with (obviously, not his fault). He kept me posted with what was going on, and eventually he was able to match the emerald. His perseverance to match the stone was phenomenal.

When I picked it up, I couldn’t determine which of the three emeralds was the one he replaced. It was PERFECT! Then, to top it off, he charged me exactly one-half of his quoted price. Can it get any better than that?

I promised I would write a review, and shame on me that I waited this long.

If you need any jewelry, and especially if you want something unique, go to Nespoli’s. Jonathan treats each customer like they are his only customer. His attention to detail is pure perfection. He is so friendly and takes the time to listen to every concern.

A friend of mine wanted to get a Mother’s Ring with the birthstones of her three children. However, she wanted it to be a thumb ring, and she wanted to have a say in its design. She and Jonathan came up with an idea, and I remember the day she was heading to pick it up. She was excited and nervous at the same time. The result was exquisite! It was better than she could have ever imagined.

I had a wonderful experience with Nespoli Jewelers! Several months ago I had placed an order for earrings for my Mom as a Mother’s Day gift. For reasons out of anyone’s control, they weren’t going to be available in time and I unfortunately had to cancel the order. Jonathon recently contacted me, remembered my situation after all this time and said the earrings were now available and he would be sending them out. I was so impressed that he thought of me after months had passed and I really appreciated the hand written note that came with the earrings. When I went in I was greeted by the owner, mask on, he was polite and well informed.

After deciding on all the details, the order was placed and was able to pick up quickly. The ultimate judge, aka my new fiancée, loved it completely.
