Had deer processed there last year and it was a horrible experience. The product was even worse! Brat had no seasoning in the at all. I aldo had to package them myself.The version sticks were just ok! I was handed giant cardboard boxes full of sticks uncut not packaged smh. And the the same for the summer sausage. And it wasn't very good tasting at all. To put the frosting on the cake I was charged about twice as much as another other place that I have taken deer to have processed. Don't expect to find everything under the sun a grocery store could have. I've been to over 20 meat markets in the state, and this one ranks HIGH.
