It’s a sad thing to see such a beautiful community infiltrated with such a filthy group of people. I am astounded at the magistrate network and its ability to punish filthy, criminals and remove them from access to other citizens in this area— but they are kept sitting in this jail for months to years at a time all while polluting our community. And all it took was the decency of the system to maximize sentences and the use of maximum prisons in our country. Instead this middle class group of adults continue to make a profit off of the backs of some of the stupidest criminals we have in a Tri-County area. This court is corrupted, first I was told that I will have too send letters to update and move my case into motion, I spend $40 to send few letters in and I got tired with paying money soo I called and a different person told me I can file online too. I was not told this information earlier and ended up wasting my money. Second my court date was on May 19 which was already delayed from march. I drove 5 hours just to find out the date has further delayed because officer didn’t show, usually a case should be dismissed. They gave me a public defender that never came to see me and left me sitting in jail for 17 days until I finally found out he was trying to argue the validity of the stop that lead to my arrest. Ran up high attorney fees without helping me at all. Now they want me to pay for this ? And other things, I asked them twice to put it in language I can understand but they send me a statement with just a number and then it says: costs $1878.25 ; surcharge $150 ; other $565.
