New Berlin Community Center — Local services in New Berlin

I've been to events at this facility before so thought it would be a good place to hold an event. I called & asked to do a walk through of the building to see which room would best fit my needs. They said no one does that type of thing but could stop by between 9-1pm as someone would be in the building to show me. I showed up & unfortunately there was an event already going on but someone did quickly show me the rooms I was interested in renting. Next, I printed a copy of the application, filled it all out and then went to the address on the form to put down the deposit as requested. The address on the form was an old address (city hall) so I proceeded to go the the New Recreation Center where the new office was located. Very friendly young lady. But, after asking to rent a certain room, a young man behind the counter bluntly told me they no longer rent out 2 of the 4 rooms on the form. Of course, that was one of the rooms I was interested in renting. Needless to say, very disappointed in the whole experience.
