First, I would like to say I never write reviews ever no matter how bad or good of a service I receive but for these guys I am willing to make an exception. I drove an hour and 20 minutes to go look at 1 vehicle on their lot and even called and told them I was coming. Upon arriving the vehicle was in their shop being "detailed." That's fine I thought, as I began asking questions about the vehicle I discovered it had been there for at least a month and a half and the inside of the vehicle was disgusting, dirt and pop stains mostly. No matter, I still took it for a test drive and when I returned I voiced my concerns about the cost of detailing and the shape of the tires which at best only had the rest of the summer on them. I only asked for these things to be deducted from their asking price, which I believed to be fair and I got berated, not even by the salesman I was working with but the salesman at the next desk. He stated that is the way things are done with minimum wage workers, referring to the cleanliness of the vehicle and for the tires, that is the cost of owning a vehicle. Needless to say it's obvious that most dealers are going to try and make a dollar from you but my advice to anyone looking for a stress free way of buying a vehicle and not feeling like you're going to be stressed into making a deal, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Many dealerships purport to sell quality vehicles at fair prices. Redbank Chevrolet actually fulfills this promise. They give all their used vehicles the same workup whether certified or not, and if something is wrong they will go above and beyond to make it right. Any minor issues that cannot be fully addressed comes with full, upfront and honest disclosure. Moreover, their highly competitive selling prices are clearly marked on the windshield. Overall had a decent experience here during the process, friendly workers and treated nicely. Ended up buying a suburban used, mostly because they had one in our price range and our needs, not for a great deal. Keep reading for why I went with 2 stars.

They wouldn't budge on trade in value. Said it was because they couldn't GM certify the trade because it was originally from Canada and they couldn't offer anymore because It couldnt be certified.
