I was on my way to a hospital to visit my family member when I saw this Subway conveniently beside the road on the way. It was easy to pull into it because I didn't have to take an exit. It was simply on the way. It was very clean and nice looking on the inside and out. The service however was unfortunately horrible. There were two middle aged woman who ignored us and acted annoyed they had to do their jobs. All my family did was go in to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. We weren't even greeted or asked what we wanted at all. When I tried to order a woman with brown straight hair in a ponytail responded you "oh great I have to make that in the back." Then when another customer came in she said out loud "Jesus Christ" in a very angry annoyed tone. It wasn't understandable at all because the rest of the store was completely empty. Everytime I've driven past the place it was always empty with no cars parked. We were nice to her, but didn't want to deal with the disrespect anymore especially when she was getting paid to do a job and we were already stresed enough trying to get to the hospital. Read moreI am a long time Subway customer but my latest visit on 9/17/2023 in New Bethlehem, PA went very poorly. First the Subway app did not work so I could not get my BOGO sub offer. The Subway person said the app was not working so I had to pay full price, Next, when we went to eat the sub, it tasted off, like something was bad in it. We were in a hurry so we waited till we go home to email Subway the SAME day. NO reply from Subway, We waited a week and emailed them again thru their contact form, No reply! In short, we tried to contact them 3 times and 3 weeks later still no reply. I am done...
