Zack's Catering and Events — Local services in New Bethlehem

We utilized Zack's for our January 25, 2025 wedding. We had 200 guests. From top to bottom we were absolutely amazed with this vendor. Our pre wedding taste test was wonderful. They are very accommodating and allowed us to bring my parents as well. They plated everything beautifully and allowed us to try a variety of foods. Their wedding packages are super reasonable and range greatly to accommodate all budgets. Leading up to wedding day we met with Melissa who was very detailed and took notes of all our wants and needs. She helped us cover every detail for the wedding day. For an additional cost, they also did water service and cleared the tables after the reception. This was SUCH a huge help. They ensured to bring enough help to help serve PLUS clean up and set up. They also provided a grazing table for our cocktail hour which was placed around an ice sculpture. This was absolutely beautiful and truly one of our favorite parts about the wedding. Throughout the whole process they were quick to respond and answer all my questions. Last but certainly not least, the food was AMAZING. Cooking for 200 guests is no small task and they were certainly professionals. Mac and cheese was very creamy. We did a prime rib carving station which was SO tender and carved by Chef Zack himself for guests. We were able to eat this was just a butter knife! "The food was fantastic!" was my initial review after dining in-house but since I have worked with Zack's to cater my daughter's wedding reception and feel I need to add to this review. I am not sure where to start or how to express my level of satisfaction with Zack's service. I did not have a clear idea of what I needed for the reception when I first spoke with Melissa on the phone. I was over ordering...significantly... and would have unknowingly paid for far more food than needed had it not been for Melissa, who guided me and told me that she didn't think I needed all of the items I was ordering. What business do you know that would do this? Most places would have happily taken my money and let me over order. Additionally, at the last minute I asked to add on a catered lunch for the bridal party as I was concerned that they would not have time to eat during the reception. Again, Melissa saved the day and guided me through everything I needed. She was there for the lunch and on through the reception making sure every thing was perfect! When I say perfect...I mean perfect! The food was delicious---which I heard almost constantly from guests---the display was beautiful, and the attention was top-notch. Melissa took care of everything! We adored her and truly appreciated all that she did....

Farm to Table! Zacks is the place to be! We were the only ones here on a Sunday at 3pm. Its was a amazing meal! The soup was so tasty! Our meals were so great 5 stars and you can taste the freshness and there culinary skills shine! My favorite part was hearing the chefs in the back singing along and laughing as they were cooking and preparing. Seriously they were loving what they were doing and creating and there food will speak for them and it comes from the heart!! Something so few places have anymore. Honestly if you haven't ate there do yourself a favor and go! We have been back a few time last time was in Oct 2020... Again the most delicious meals we could've asked for! I got the Chicken Marsala with a rice rosato garlic and herb! It so heavenly the taste was just magnificent! My husband got a wild leeks pasta and it was just as wonderful! Best food around!!
