I brought my 2 year old to this play place today for the first time. He absolutely LOVED it! We were going to only stay for an hour but there was SO much to do we were happy for stay for so much longer. Think children's museum! They have a staff supervised climbing course, sensory room, reading room, slide into a large ball pit, wooden toy area, and sand pit with dinosaurs. Really I could go on and on there is just so much to do! And what I really loved was that everything is clean. The staff is constantly spraying down everything. Oh and they play soothing symphony music that keeps my kid chill. But my favorite part was the staff. I would give them 5 stars for them alone. THEY ARE AMAZING! Today my son threw the ultimate 2 yr old "I don't want to leave" tantrum. I could not get my shoes on or grab my purse while trying to wrestle him too. The staff hurried over helped my son and I get out the door. They were sweet and so very understanding. Really, saved me from a having a breakdown myself. Being a mom ain't easy, thank you Little Play Gym for being there. You guys are the best! I'll be back...
Read moreIt’s a clean open play space but I wouldn’t recommend it for adventurous kids who love to move, run, and play. The lady working was so passively cranky at our kids just being kids. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she looked like she was ready to burst at the seams. For example, there is no defined room where toys must remain, only an area with some cubbies with toys- expect your kids to be redirected and scolded for walking out of the area with no boundaries. It was annoying. Also, the kids can’t run. I can understand if there are babies around but we were the only people there and our kids were playing tag. Not allowed. It felt like a life guard blowing their whistle at the pool 😂 The energy just wasn’t warm and welcoming here- we actually had a way better experience going to the...
Read moreMy little one really enjoys Little Land, it’s always clean and the staff is nice. However, when I signed up for a month, I wasn’t told I was agreeing for a full year and could only cancel after three months. I signed up in person and nobody had me read or sign anything to agree to this. They just took our information and our payment method. It would’ve been nice to get a heads up. My card was charged automatically, and I was only informed about this policy after I reached out to them.
Edit: They cancelled my membership upon request and issued a refund since I wasn’t given the information...
