Planet K Texas — Local services in New Braunfels

Stopped in for the first time to grab a vape on my way out of town, I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile now. I saw that there are lots of reviews on the friendly staff although that unfortunately was not my experience. When I walked in I asked if they sold the vape I normally purchase and the girl at the counter said nope we do not. ...that's literally it....she did not offer a alternative I actually had to ask if they sold any other brands and she said yes just not the one you want....I had to ask where they were. ..the whole encounter was just in my opinion impolite and rude. I never leave a review of a buisness at all unless I feel as though staff were exceptionally polite and helpful or just extremely rude for no reason. I hate to walk into a buisness and be treated rudely for no apparent reason idk maybe she was just having a bad day, because that has now days become an exceptional reason to be unfriendly and impolite...

Been shopping here for a few months. Went in today for a product I normally get. The younger girl with shoulder length black curly ish hair, l that serviced me was incredibly rude.

When I asked about the cartridge, she had no information. No apologies for being out of stock, no reassurance that it was going to be restocked. No suggestions for other products, she very obviously did not care to provide any semblance of customer service. She also said they had no other cartridges, which seems unrealistic for a smoke shop but ok.

That's all fine, but she was snarky and rude the entire time she provided no information. Awesome.

Little Hispanic girl and black guy working today seemed so uninterested in doing their job, we bought a piece and before we could even look at more she goes “that all?” And walks away. We still needed more stuff and had to wait for her to finish her conversation with him to get my request for her to come back over. Maybe get some employees who actually want to be there? Want to help people? I’ve gone to Planet K 10+ years, all the Austin and San Antonio locations have amazing customer service but I guess there has to be one bad egg.
