I was in there on a Friday and then I was in there Tuesday because of a holiday. Friday when I was in there I sat down to get help and the girl that was helping me just got up and left because someone was there for her and was not coming back right away. I was in there for over 2 1/2 hours and I had to do all the calling to get my phone replace because they where not helping me. Toward the end of the 2 1/2 hours they where texting each other and laughing and didn't care that my problem was not fixed. We went right back in the next day to try to get things corrected and will fast forward to 14 April.
