Excellent 1st experience. Excellent service. Very nice, helpful and knowledgeable staff. First impressions/experiences are so important as well as follow up, service and communication. They checked off all the boxes. I found Country Cottage in NH online while searching for made in America quality log/rustic furniture, which by the way is kind of hard to find last minute. Laura responded quickly to my email. She had what we were looking for and could accommodate our pre holiday deadline. Bonus! Then, I followed up with another email and again her response was prompt and she answered all my questions. Second bonus! So the next day we decided to drive to the store to check it out. We got to meet Laura and Kim and they were equally as nice and pleasant in person. Best part. The showroom is amazing .. so much great quality inventory. Really unique too which is exactly what we wanted. We were like kids in a toy store. Suffice to say, we found everything we wanted and more for our new home. Now we await delivery and set...

The store offers nice quality furniture at very fair prices for every room of your house. The store owner was fantastic; she answered all of our questions, offered her own insightful opinions, and spent quality time with us as we browsed through the store. Ultimately, we purchased a small solid maple writing desk.

Jon was also exceptionally helpful. He took time to talk to me and give me pointers and tips on finishing an unfinished desk if we choose to go that route. The desk that we decided on was already finished, but Jon went above and beyond by disassembling the legs, protecting the top with a cut piece of cardboard, and he wrapped everything in plastic wrap to keep everything protected.

I have many bird feeders and many bird houses that I have gotten from this store and they are so well made that I know they will last for years. I bought a futon from Country Cottage Furniture yesterday. I was very happy, not only with the purchase of such a beautiful and comfortable piece of furnishing, but the customer service was unbelievably amiable. The price was also the best price I had seen anywhere else; and I had researched many places before finding this store. My husband and I just drove in with our truck and paid with our charge card over the phone and the workers at the store loaded it in for us and we drove away.
