yesterday I bought new rim from loves Lansing, Michigan today I went to this location for retorque one guy said drop the trailer and bring your bobtail into the shop for just one tire retorque. He said I can't carry the ranch 50 m it's heavy then another guy came in and said you have to wait five hours to get one tire retorque which takes only 20 seconds for one tire I requested him a lot, but he keep...

Check in to get a blown tire replaced at 1830 on 8/18/25 only had 1 tech and he was out on a road call was told as soon as a tech was available im 1st to get into the shop it is now 0730 8/19/25 my company has called someone to come replace the tire because somehow the shop said I was never on the list and it was gonna be a couple hrs before I could get repaired total bullshit and very poor...

If I can I would leave 0 stars for them… was really rude and not helpful at all. Was trying to get air in tires for truck and in Loves they didn’t have any so they send me to this location which wasn’t helpful… when I asked for help they said that there nothing what they can do about even tho they had a station for tires… so sad that on truck stations like this one you can’t get any help if...
