I arrived a day before my scheduled appointment and parked in their lot. This is clearly visible on their cameras, which they allegedly checked. My appointment was set for 8:15, and I overslept a bit because I had to drive all night. They charged me $150 even though there wasn’t a single truck at the docks. The manager didn’t even bother to come out. I basically worked the whole day for free. This company feels more like a collection agency, with managers just like collectors. I pray to God that I never have to come back here again. You guys don’t value truck drivers or their time — try fining one of your own employees for being late. After reading previous reviews, I saw that the company claims this fee is not a source of extra income, but rather due to high dock congestion. However, when I was there, only one truck was at the dock. So, I assume you’re charging this fee exactly as an additional source of revenue. UPD: To respond to your comment — let me be clear: I’ve been in this industry long enough. I’ve visited hundreds of facilities across the country and I know how things usually work. Out of 500 places, maybe 2 or 3 actually charge a late fee — and even then, they review each case individually. Most of the time, if you’re late, they simply reschedule the appointment. And I can understand that when we’re talking about giants like Walmart, where hundreds of trucks go through daily and delays really do affect the logistics chain. But in my case, I arrived early and waited overnight on your property. That should be easy for you to verify — shouldn’t it? When I showed up and explained the situation, there were literally no trucks at the dock. In my opinion, this wasn’t just unnecessary — it was unprofessional. Still, I wish your business nothing but success. May God judge the intentions behind charging a working driver $150 — a man just trying to provide for his family.

Overnight parking is available. Policy has changed regarding early loading of product here. You can only be 8 hrs early or pay $150 work-in fee. Make sure whoever is your broker or dispatcher is that you come prepared with a pickup number starting in 230… No other pickup numbers will be acceptable. Also if your picking up ice cream ensure your trailer is clean and pre-cooled to -20F. The office is by door 12 (First entrance). Check in and wait for a call. Slide your tandems to the rear and leave your trailer doors closed. They will open them from inside the building. When finished loading you will get a green light. Wait for 10 minutes before going back to the office to get your paperwork. Also ensure you have 2 load locks to secure the cargo and that your reefer is full of fuel. They close at 11 pm and re-open at 6 am. Hope this review helps fellow drivers to ensure your visit goes as smoothly as possible. Also there is a Loves truck stop down the road. It does fill up by early afternoon

My appt was scheduled for 2p. I arrived at 607a. I checked in and was told to park and wait for a call to a door. I received a call for a door at 638a. They told me to slide my tandems and once he checked my reefer temp, it was ok to open my doors. I got the green light at 742a and bills in hand by 759a. The staff was very nice. Definitely a lot of space for overnight parking as well.

We have picked up here many times and I have always had a great experience. Today, my best driver was late to Walmart appointment due to I 69 being shut down and we were not going to make our appointment or even come close to making our appointment to pick up our product. I Called before our driver even started moving on the closed interstate to let them know and to see if I should get this load recovered by somebody else. I spoke with both destiny and Jaden and they were both very professional and very helpful. They told me they appreciated me contacting them extremely early in the process for my driver to come in when she got empty at Walmart and they would get her loaded. It is rare to see a company that values its partners and I appreciate them.

Need to add additional note since posting this. Due to the accident closing interstate and Walmart being Walmart ,my driver had 5 hours to get loaded and drive 4 hours for delivery appt. I called sean when she was heading their way and they got her in a door and loaded in 50 minutes. She made her delivery appt with 5 minutes to spare. I can’t thank you enough for going above and beyond to help out your carriers and treat them...

From the moment I arrived at the facility I knew it was going to be a pleasant experience.

I was unaware with this being my first time here that the big gravel/dirt parking lot across from them was shared with them and their sister company.

I went inside to check in and was greeted very professionally by Destiny. She took down my information, explained the process, told me it would be okay to stay where I was at the end of the parking lot and to wait for a call from the dock.

A very few short minutes later I received a call from the dock, provided me with my dock assignment (dock 14, thanks for letting me practice my backing skills hahaha), was instructed to slide tandems, open doors, and they would be finished loading me as soon as they could.

Ben was the loader for my load and he was freaking awesome!!! He was kind, pleasant, didn’t get annoyed when I asked a question, and he was super fast loading.

After I was loaded Ben sealed my trailer, and told me to give Destiny a few minutes for my paperwork … I arrived at 1027 for my 1030 appt and I was loaded with paperwork in hand at 1124 …

Excellent job Destiny and Ben!!! I will most definitely be coming back...
