BEING A HIGHLY SKILLED ARTIST MYSELF , I ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT MODERN, UNIQUE, SHOW STOPING, FABULOUS, JAW DROPPING NAILS!!! PERIOD!!! I came as a walk-in on 11/19/24 and I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted. (Two top pictures in collage). She seemed confident that she could make it happen and that made me more at ease on trying a new place. As time went on, I notice a few mistakes being made , Like missing a nail that needed to be repaired, and drilling down the nail underneath to remove the dirt and debris stuck between natural nail and original acrylics. She drilled my skin painfully by the cuticle a few times. The layer of acrylic she applied was so thin, that you could still see the old nail that had grown out threw the new acrylic application. I had to politely tell her to fix the mistakes I noticed. That was just the story of the simple fill part. Now came time for the design...before starting the design, she tried to pursued me to just put stickers on my nails... then I started to worry that she couldn't do the design I wanted. After applying the black paint , she made it a straight line (Not blended or fading like the picture) then I told her that the black color was supposed to blend and fade like the picture (like an ombre effect). She tried a couple of times, then proceeded to tell me she didn't have the "tools" to do it. I asked her if any of the other techs had the "tools" , She told me NO they dont have the tools needed either. (keep in mind ,the "tool" is a basic blending brush or sponge every nail salon should have)Then I gave her suggestions on how we could accomplish the look with cotton ball and tweezers or a small sponge or Q-tip to blend it for that effect. She ignored me. I told her that I appreciate her trying but I wasn't satisfied with the look. She just continued to do it "her way" while still ignoring that i didnt like how she was doing it. Then she wasn't even able to do a simple spiral. I was over the whole experience and regretting going there. I then asked her the price while expressing my dissatisfaction, thinking she wouldn't charge for the design (since it wasn't to my liking) NOPE ! She charged me $40 for the plain acrylic fill and $35 for the simple design (which she failed at miserably) . What a rip off!!! If your looking for breathtaking ,phenomenal, beautiful nails... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

First time here, I called in advance for an appointment they were busy when got there but I waited. I asked the price for a refilled and fresh set for gel acrylic I was told $45 for refills and $55 for fresh set. Before Tracy could start I told her I had sensitive delicate fingers to file and buff slow and gentle. Three of my fingers was hurting through out the process she kept saying sorry but still kept going until I started pulling my fingers away. Two was badly bleeding when I got home. I had 2 1/2 missing nails missing… pick my color I was told to sign in so I could get $5 off. When it came time to pay I was charge extra $10 for the two missing nails. I was never told I was going to be charged, I would’ve just went with fresh set for $55 also I never got the $5 off, nobody did and everyone kept asking them why it didn’t come out or is it $5 for next time. they didn’t even give an explanation to how it work. Also they charge a fee for card payment, had my nails for a week now and the gel polish is coming out. Some of my nails are cricked and uneven . Place was nice and clean they provided me free bottle water.

I booked an appointment for a removal + new acrylic set. I sat down and quickly learned that Lisa would refuse to remove my nails, insisting on doing a refill. I told her I booked an appointment for a new set and am happy to pay extra for the service I asked for. She gave me attitude and straight up told me she will NOT give me a new set. Quoted me $80 for a refill. I got up and kindly said I'd like to go somewhere else. She charged me $10 for the 2 minutes she'd spent using a grinder to remove polish from my current nails. Most unbelievable experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Is this her first day on earth?! Several of her coworkers apologized to me for her attitude, seemingly implying this is a recurring issue they have with her?! She treated me awfully even though I was calm and friendly from beginning to end :( The worst part is the fish tank here is over-crowded, in direct sunlight, and has insane algae build up. I clean aquariums for a living and this is animal abuse :(

I had a 4pm appointment for a manicure & pedicure. At 3:54 my pedicure began. I put my feet in lukewarm water.I asked the lady if she could heat up the water, and she did. The pedicure was mediocre. With a flimsy small nail file she filed my toe nails straight across, no shapping or shortening my nails. When the pedicure was finished she wanted me to sit for 15 minutes to let my toe nails dry. This was unnecessary because I would be sitting while I was getting my manicure, which means my toe nails could have been drying while I received the manicure. In fact I should have gotten the manicure first so, my finger nails could have been drying while I got a pedicure. My feet did not need drying time because I was wearing sandals, so they could air dry. Essentially she wanted me to wait so she could give a manicure to someone else who had been waiting while I was getting my pedicure. I did not wait, I paid for the pedicure and left. There were a total of five customers in the salon being worked on at the same time and three nail technicians. Which means all were receiving halfass service, because they overbooked. I'm guessing some people had appointments and they took walkins too. Not one nail technician attempted to talk with their customer, they only talked to each other. I will not go back to this salon because their time management sucks! When I have an appointment I expect my service to be started and finished without me having to wait so they can perform a service on someone else. If anyone else feels the way I do, may suggest that you do not put up with shitty service. There are many other salons within five miles of this one. I chose to try this salon be of its location. From now on I will drive the extra two miles to my regular salon. Adding an amendment a couple hours after giving this review, the pedicure was $30.00. I did not leave a tip. I looked at my bank account on line and I see they added a...

Usually I have a pretty good experience when I come here but today I called earlier in the day and made an appointment at 4:30 today and I still waited 45 mins until I was able to get started on. I almost left, cause I needed to be somewhere this evening and mostly because what’s the point of making an appointment if I had to still wait almost an hour to be seen. The person also who was doing my nails today, I’ve never had before, or seen before, Not sure if she was new and I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt but I wasn’t asked what type of pedicure I wanted, and my toes honestly don’t look good, or look like they were cleaned up or painted that well. The edges of my toes have some ridges aren’t smooth, I have a corner missing from one of my nails, not sure why it wasn’t cut down and she also almost only did 2 coats on my nails with gel and it was so streaky, you could still see through to my nail. I had to ask for another coat so the color was more pigment and honestly my big toes are still kind of spotty/streaky, and could use 1 more coat. If this was my one and only experience here I probably wouldn’t come back but I’ve been coming here for over a year now and this visit was just overall...
