Tacos El Paraiso hits the nail on the head EVERY. TIME.
Tortas always come out the same, wrapped in foil, cut in half, always the same quality no matter what season or time of day. No negative surprises! It's important to me when I'm looking to treat myself after a long day of work.
They have an instagram that reminds me when they've got fresh tamales (every weekend, and they sell out often!) and I like to see what they're cooking throughout the week!
Carne asada quesadillas with a side of rice and beans is an occasional favorite. But I HIGHLY recommend the birria tacos. The spicy hot broth and the tacos combined-- paradise is the most accurate description.
They're cash only, so make sure you're prepared beforehand! There's two parks right around the corner if you don't want to eat in the parking lot.

Over the maybe 12 different locations I've visted, this is the best carne asada taco I've ever had. Carnitas was decent, but the Pastor was awesome. The pollo was slightly dry but easily fixed with their two excellent hot sauces.
