Magnolia Courtyard — Local services in New Hope

I had the BEST experience with Magnolia Courtyard! I am on the West Coast and ordered a fruit basket for a loved one in Huntsville, AL.

From the time I placed my order until it was delivered first thing the next day, they kept in constant contact with me via phone call and text to update me on the status of the order. They also allowed me to customize the basket with some specific things that my loved one would like. They notified me when they were getting ready to deliver the basket and even sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement.

They also texted me when the basket was actually delivered. This wasn't one of those automated texts or emails like some of the national chains do. This was an actual live person (Hanna). I know this because I responded to the texts and got replies immediately.

I live out of state and called Magnolia Courtyard in a panic I needed flowers delivered to my grandmother for her 80th birthday with almost no notice. We need 5 bouquets and I was not articulate in describing what flowers or colors or anything. I was basically like I need really pretty bouquets on minimal notice.

They texted photos of the completed bouquets which was so kind! Delivered them on time too!

Not only were they able to accommodate me on short notice, each bouquet was EXQUISITE. I am not exaggerating, I have never seen prettier arrangements.

The staff was beyond kind and so so helpful. I now have a florist I can order arrangements for for my Grandmother...

Decoration is always such a hard time of the year for me... Hanna and Teresa at Magnolia Courtyard make it so much easier on me! They know what I want and they just make it happen. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I want. I am not easy to please and I know that but they do it. I also use them for other occasion flowers and they are always gorgeous.
