Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in New Iberia

I usually have good experiences coming to this Tractor Supply but the last time was far from good. I needed assistance in the flea and tick area since its locked so I went ask the cashier to call someone. She rolled her eyes as she grabbed for the phone. Then once I was done and ready to check out, I watched as she barely acknowledged any of the other customers, threw their items into bags, slammed the business phone onto the cash register to get it out of her way and all around rude and aggressive. This place. Specifically, the one in New Iberia, has a very poorly run staff. I drove all the way from Franklin for them to say they are closed when all I needed was one thing. I could have been in and out and spent a significant amount of money. They were just standing around, one of them smoking a cigarette or something. They said they were closed and it was five minutes till. I’m very upset. I have always gone to Tractor Supply in multiple locations, so if my business is not appreciated I am ready to take it elsewhere. I would give less...

I absolutely love this tractor supply store. It is very well stocked. Super clean and organized. The staff here are awesome. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed. As well as efficient. They are all so sweet.And, treat the customers with the utmost respect . I just moved a couple of buildings from them. And, I know I will be there often.
