Bodywerks Auto Body Repair — Local services in New Market Township

I'm incredibly disappointed with Bodywerks Auto Body Repair and the owner Jeff. What started out very positively ultimately turned negative. My vehicle was rear-ended and as a result, I was attempting to get estimates for repair. Jeff got me in the very evening that I was hit and even allowed me to arrive after the shop was closed which was wonderful as my schedule didn't allow me to go during business hours. Upon arrival, it was a pleasant experience. I shared all of my contact info with him (name, address, phone, email) and he said he would send the estimate via email the next day. This is where it turned sour. I didn't get an estimate via email so at the end of the day (a Friday), I called and left a voicemail. I assumed the best of intentions and thought I'd give through the following week. On Tuesday, I called in the AM requesting an update and the estimate. I have never received a call back. I never received the estimate. This company went dark and was non-responsive. I completely get it if the repair wasn't worth the time vs. the cost. I even get it if you simply chose not to work with me for some reason. Just give me a call back or shoot over an email, letting me know so I'm not left...

Most of the time when you need a body shop it is due to an accident. Finding the right body shop to fix it shouldn't be an accident. I've been in the towing & automotive industry for over 25 years & I've seen the work of countless body shops & Bodywerks is the cream of the crop.

Recently, I brought in a truck with a junkyard hood that required painting to match the truck. Jeff gave me a price & took the keys & in a couple of days he called & said it was done. When I arrived to pick it up I was totally impressed. Not only was the hood painted but he took the time to blend in the tops of the fenders. In doing that he had to replace the pin striping on the fenders but for the best look he pin stripped the whole vehicle! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else but Bodywerks! Jeff & Dawn Weitzel own/operate a five start business! With owning five vehicles and having hit a few deer in our time, Jeff has always been easy to work with and very helpful when it comes to having to deal with the insurance company. Just a few weeks ago, my son hit a deer that did A LOT of damage to the front end and drivers side of the car. Within hours Jeff had the estimate complete and within a week the car was ready to go and back on the road. That included new parts ordered, installed and painted!
