I needed a bigger cooler and wanted a yetI cooler for work. Browsed the Internet like I usually do for the best price on a larger more expensive purchase. Couldn't find any sort of significant savings so I went to New Milford Hardware and picked one up. Found it was to small for what I needed after I had gotten home, they swapped it out the next day for a bigger one for me with no hassle and a significant savings over any online price I could find. Couldn't have a nicer staff either. They were eager to help & extremely polite! Will definitely be back for any hardware needs....

Two things are important to me when I go shopping for anything. Being able to find an associate without having to look all over the store for one,and having that person be capable of helping me when I do find one. NMH is 5 star on both accounts. The entrance to the store is right next to the checkout, so there are always associates to ask. What I like is that they don't say " make a left, go down 3 aisles,and it will be on your right ", they will take you to the item you're looking for. Very helpful when I...

If I could add a video I would! Just had 3 propane tanks filled on 10/11/25, I would figure people are trained and certified to dispense propane. After a very short drive and about ten minutes after I get home they start to release a very strong white mist They over filled the tanks. Never ever have I had that happen at any other propane dispensary, Not only is that extremely dangerous for the consumer but gas spewing out the back is wasting my money. Highly dissatisfied....
