There is nothing like shopping local! My husband and I were in the market for Adirondack chairs. We got an ad for a set of 4 chairs from one of the big box stores that sounded like a great deal, so we were ready to buy! Wisely, we decided to stop in at The Rustic Barn first to check out the prices on their chairs. Their prices were just slightly higher than the big box store, but the quality of their chairs, without a doubt, would far surpass anything we would get from the big guys. Plus, they had the added benefit of a wide variety of colors and finishes (the big box only offered white). Oh, and did I mention the customer service?!?!? Have a custom reclaimed wood dinning table on order and a king size bed also custom made from reclaimed pine. They have bent over backwards to answer my many quesions and my wife's. Over the years my wife and I have been to numerous so called "country" furniture stores. Many of those are no longer in existence. What makes The Rustic Country Barn stand out over all the others, "one on one' personal attention. These folks are a true country, family run, hands on business. Love the store, love shopping there- all of their things are beautiful, i have been shopping there for a couple of years now. i am disappointed with the staff, first website said they wear masks, no one had mask on- i fell inside the store recently, there was a step there with no watch your step sign and fell hard, no employees came over- my friend was there to help me -they never asked me how i was meantime, i had hurt my elbow, hip and knee - I'm 65 years old and when leaving never said hope your ok, sorry this happened nothing- it was very disappointing. i have ben in retail for 40 years and would never treat a customer like that, nor would my staff if they still wanted to...
