Multiple items arrived with their packaging damaged. Also the chocolate bars are not whole inside their wrappers (can feel that they are broken). None of these issues make for a very pretty gift. It took multiple emails to get a response. I asked for the Christmas pudding to be replaced since its package had the worst damage. They say responses must have gone to my junk mail but I check spam and could not find any emails from them. After my 2nd email, they phoned and rather than replacing the item they started by offering 15% off buying a replacement item. When I complained they agreed to replace it but then they were out of the Christmas pudding I had previously received. They ended up refunding my money but they were reluctant to admit that damaged packaging is...

I purchased several items from the shop and also a tea subscription. Both orders have come in good time. I appreciated that the shop order did not have a really large shipping fee as many places that sell from this region seem to have. The products that I have tried from my order so far have been great. Everything was wrapped well and came intact. I also liked that this shop has some products that I did not see readily available elsewhere on the internet.
