Man there sure are a lot of complaints about several aspects of this enterprise and their products... For a business to have that many Ultra-Negative reviews and not post a single follow up to explain their side of the story leads me to believe that this is a shady outfit and should probably be used at your own risk.... I'm seeing entirely too much disappointment and anger here for me to gamble with big money.... As for my experience with this company, I can't complain... I was searching the web for a quantity of a specific product and I found it through "Online Stores" via eBay... The product was just a simple hardhat chinstrap and "Online Stores" offered these for sale at a very reasonable price, with a perfectly acceptable (actually a very reasonable) shipping charge so I ordered them up...
I ordered them on November 24 (Thanksgiving Day), and they were shipped the following day ("Black Friday") Nov 25... So thus far, everything went smoothly with this purchase on the part of "Online Stores" and once the package was finally delivered, the items were in excellent shape as expected so I have to give them 5 stars ........ -------BUT------ Transportation of the package was another thing!!! So my residence in Wheeling, WV is just one hour drive time on Interstate 70 from these guys' warehouse in New Stanton, PA... But rather than UPS taking the package on a semi to their local depot in Benwood, WV, 3 minutes from my residence, the package gets sent through UPS Mail Innovations and travels right through my city and onward another 2+ hours to Columbus, OH... And between "UPS Mail Innovations" and the USPS dillydallying, The package did not arrive until the following Thursday, Dec 01, or in other words a full week to go the 1 hour drive time from point A to point B.... I give UPS Mail Innovations 3 stars and the USPS 2 stars as they had possession of the parcel for 4 days....(which seems to be a chronic issue for the local USPS parcel delivery service.) Ok 'nuff said... Thanks for reading... And if you do choose to use one of this enterprise's several companies to do your business, I wish you good luck and hope you have a smooth...

All were shown as being in stock and would arrive in estimated two days (they’re in Pittsburg, I’m in Cleveland, so not far at all). When the items did not arrive and my credit card had not been charged yet, I called customer service. They said one of the lights was not in stock and was holding up the whole order, even though the website said everything was in stock. Why didn’t they call or email me to tell me that? I asked them to split up the order and send me what they had and they did. But unfortunately the in stock lights were shipping out of Nevada and would take almost a week instead of the estimated two days. For the out of stock light, I canceled that one and selected another fixture which was in stock in Pittsburgh. Five days later and it has still not showed up so I called back, and customer service could only apologize that they had not shipped them out! How long would they have sat unless I called?!! these days when you place an order online, you expect it to show up when it is estimated. Simple. I should not have had to call customer service multiple times - they should be noticing these things and contacting me! The products I have received so far have been good, but customer service...
Read moreOrdered a flag pole as a Birthday gift on 11-3-17. Made the decision to purchase from this company as the estimated date of arrival was 11-9-17. When I checked to see why a shipment notification hadn't been received on the 6th, discovered that the shipment was still awaiting processing. I sent a note to the "Customer Service" via e-mail, stating that I wished to cancel this purchase, as it was obvious that delivery could not be accomplished by the estimated date given at time of purchase. After receiving no reply, I again checked the status of this order on the 7th, to discover that it was still awaiting processing. I sent a much blunter request for cancellation of this order, stating that I would find a suitable facsimile locally, enabling this gift to be delivered as intended. Again, no reply was received, but late this afternoon (11-8-17), received notification that this item had been shipped. When I utilized the tracking number provided to determine the "New" ETA for this item, the result was a message that "Electronic Notification Received, Item not picked up"
I have attempted to cancel this order twice. Not only did they not do as asked, but appear to have shipped the anyway. I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS...
