Update 08-03-19: Came in today and is currently getting me setup with a new radio for the truck. The situation he was in was explained in greater detail I do understand since he is the owner/op at the shop the only one there. I also expressed the complaints and concerns I had and heard from a few drivers that have sat waiting for him. He does do great work and I will be coming back again he got me taken care of for all of the waiting I've done for him to get this taken care of thanks again and make sure to come here for all of your needs when you get the service you won't be disappointed.

I have been here multiple times this past month he has been preoccupied moving his home not that this is a bad thing but a returned phone call would have been nice I tried to leave messages but the voicemail box has been full Everytime I called yet the voicemail clearly states that he will return calls if he gets the call during business hours I bought a radio here before great place if you can get in contact with him at the right time I will be trying to come again tomorrow 08-03-19 one last time when you open if your there my review will change if not I will update and drive out of state for my radio since your the only good shop in...

Did a great job on CB super tune and only took about 30 minutes. Also knew exactly what antenna my truck needed. Removed the old one, installed the new one, and tuned it to 1.2 SWR. Supplied a new stronger fuse since the CB is putting out more wattage. Even had a couple tricks like carving out the paint inside the mirror holes to get a much better ground and added some solder to the end of the coax to make sure it had a better connection using the Wilson antenna stud. Tricks like that others probably wouldn't even think of.

If you call and they don't answer, remember there's only one person there. When I was in there two times, another customer came in both times. I took a Stryker radio in for repairs when I couldn't find anyone else to touch it. I called after a couple weeks did not get an answer, called back after a couple day or however many days it was. Said he had it ready, had misplaced my contact info, which I understand that been there done that. Just waiting on the radio to get shipped to me now. I'll keep you in mind for farther radio repairs if and tune ups or whatever. I am one of them types that when I find a good radio tech that's who I try to stick with for everything, so if you did a good job you'll here back from me for sure since everyone else I used has moved on to other things.
