I fried my 2017 MacBook Pro by spilling water on the keyboard and potentially loosing all my data. When I visited the Apple Genius Bar, they gave me some rather dismal news that to fix my current laptop, it would cost $1400 and highly likely all my data would be lost. The other option was to instead use the money to buy a new MacBook Air which also resulted in a loss of my data.

Upset and unconvinced the information given to me by Apple was right, I called Doctor Computer. I called at 6:00 PM and Joe told me to bring my laptop right over. He charged $95 to diagnose, clean up the contacts on the board and whatever else to attempt to revive my laptop. Knowing how I felt in that situation, Joe had put my worries to rest telling me of the numerous Mac's that he's serviced under the same circumstances and had a high success rate reviving them.

A little over a week later, Joe sends me a text msg with a picture of my laptop back alive! He did exactly what he said he would do and it worked. He stayed open late just so I can make my way over to pick-up my laptop. While I was there, he went ahead and made some adjustments, updated my web browser and added some extensions for online protection. Joe is amazing and an honest straight up person. He didn't let me leave before giving me some further tips and tricks to help me out and said, "if you ever have a question, I'm a text away". I went in my pocket to tip him which he fought me against taking it. I honestly felt like he did't charge me enough! I will ONLY bring my electronics to Doctor Computers going forward and highly recommend them for whenever you're in computer trouble. ...

The other day 3/22/2019 my computer caught a virus. It would turn on, but nothing else worked. The computer was completely cut off from all programs including the internet. I called Joe of Doctor Computers. He asked me what he could do for me. I said, "You can come to my house and fix my computer." He said, soon as I finish up some stuff here. I'll be right over. He was at my front door in an hour. After an initial evaluation of my computer. He went right to work. I sat next to him and he explained in layman's terms everything that was wrong and everything he was doing to fix the problem. Even with my anti virus software. I managed to accumulate more than 325 viruses and rogue programs. Joe removed them all, cleaned up all the junk and unused programs, and restored my internet. He told me that he would not leave until I was completely satisfied. I am completely satisfied. I'm satisfied with the work he did. (My computer is like new.) I'm satisfied with the fee he charged. (He fee was extremely reasonable.) I plan on calling Joe again when I decide to make some computer upgrades. (SSD) I highly recommend to anyone who is having any problem with their computer.
