I saw a van outside my apt window waiting for the street light to change & I took the phone # off the truck .. I called the same day & spoke with a guy named Micheal who not only wasn't friendly,he sounded like he didn't want to be bothered .. He said they are in SI but work within the 5 boroughs ...

I said I live in Brooklyn,& asked for a price on having my 14lbs Maltipoo a haircut.. He said NP I asked him price & he said it would be $70 .. I said fine , when can I make an appt? His response was: You have to call 3 days in advance for an appointment..

3 days later I called & got an answering machine Or voicemail with a woman's voice saying to leave name #& dog breed & someone would get back to me.. "Nobody Did"!! I called everyday after that & Still Nobody had the Balls to Call me back ... Even if you are busy during the day, Don't you answer the voicemails that people leave & respond to their calls? Seriously???? Definitely Extremely Unprofessional !!!!! To hell with you, You have no Respect for customers who are in need of your so called expertise... "People Count on Your Services & Expect to hear back from You....

I Wouldn't Recommend you ever!!! As a matter of fact I've taken This bad Experience to The Media , I Love to See it on the news When Your so called Bussissness is Splattered all Over The News & Social Media...with a Very Bad Reputation....

I cannot say enough wonderful things about You Dirty Dog , I used the mobile grooming service for both my Havanese and my mini Goldendoodle, and I am beyond impressed. Both of my pups suffer from anxiety, so I was a little nervous about how they would handle a new Groomer. To my delight, they did absolutely amazing!

The groomer was patient, gentle, and so kind with them—it was clear right away that he truly loves and understands animals. The convenience of having them come right to our home made the process stress-free, and my dogs were so much more comfortable without the chaos of a busy shop / cages etc.

My Havanese also suffers with terrible allergies and they offered an amazing oatmeal bath, Not only were they calm and happy, but they came out looking fantastic—probably one the best grooms they’ve ever had. Their coats are soft, clean, and perfectly trimmed, and they smell wonderful too.

I’m so grateful to have found You dirty Dog and will definitely be a repeat customer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a groomer who truly goes...

This was the best grooming my dog and I have ever experienced!!! The groomer was so nice and professional, my dog came home smelling amazing and happy as ever.
