This place is terrible. The guy tells me that it needs to be Kosher 5 and I tell him all we ever do is Kosher 3. He asks to send him confirmation from my company. He then forces me out of the bay. In the amount of time it took to circle back around it was already approved but they tell me I have to wait now. 5 minutes to send the approval and the other load wasn’t even a driver, it was a preload. Because of this they made me late for my pickup. Totally unprofessional and par for the course for this horrendous place that...

Terrible place I rode with my husband to pick up a delivery ...The workers are rude and they don’t wear mask in the building they don’t have any concern about spreading Covid-19 .. I seen someone smoking looks to be marijuana in the parking lot of the place ... I don’t know who is the worker or delivery people due to employees wearing street clothes in building.This place is not ...

take export to get here... there's parking outside of facility. call their number provide PO number. port authority and local PD roll around area they won't bother you trust me. I took a 10hr break and nobody knocked on my door... just park in farthest right lane saying HOLD in...
