Very disappointed with the service my individuals and I received today. Not only was the only customers in there rude, but. Went there to go bowling. One of my individuals was a little loud. Staff kept asking if we wanted her on a lane by herself. And we said no. Multiple times. I was told that she would have to go before lunch rush. if she didn’t stop making noise. Because “ we can’t have that during lunch”. My individuals are of varying disabilities. And this particular one only expresses emotions through noise. Staff took it upon themselves to give the individual her own lane anyways. My individuals were all paying to bowl at a BOWLING alley, but were essentially pushed out for the lunch crowd to come and eat. We left and didn’t finish their games. Will never go there again. Bowling is cheap for my group of friends and the food is affordable too, never ever had a bad experience. For people on here complaining that they are “slow” or “rarely open” please remember they are a small family owned establishment run by a couple who also deserves to enjoy time off and have a life outside their occupation! If your thirsty they willingly provide libations. If your bored there is limitless potential for good conversation. Most importantly (up for debate) if you want to be in a room with people, a lot of people, who genuinely care about you.... Cy Young Lanes offers this service as well....
