I have been going here for years. Was my favorite watering hole. Till a series of bad experiences with one of their employees lead to me feeling the need to reach out. A staff member named Dominic, has taken up some unknown problem with me. He likes to do things like charge me full rate for my girls kids when I bring them in even though im a league bowler there. But would charge my girl just the league rate. But whatever. My issue happened on veterans day when I paid for 5 games. When I arrived and got set up on my lane. I notice the guy on the lane next to me waiting for the staff to fix the ball return. But technical issues happen, that's OK. My issue was that after only 2.5 games I had to wait 6 times for staff to fix the return. Again not my issue. My issue happened when this certain staff members comes out of the back while I've been waiting, only to have him unload on me about how the ball return failure is my fault even though it was happening before I got there. So I addressed the manger lady who works there. Mind you I wasn't happy with my treatment. The attitudes I had been recieving did not leave me wanting to back down. So I asked the manager if he worked under her. She didn't like that I was upset. But rather than address why I was upset decided that her staff member deserves respect he wasnt willing to give. Swearing at me in front of customers and telling me to get the F out. She watched and backed him because she couldn't care less about the customer due to the inconvenience the issue was causing. The only thing I feel i could have done is smile and say thank you for treating me this way. And I stand on morals and don't put up with it. Having been a high paying customer for many years. I will not pay for such treatment. It's sad because I really loved this place and taking my family. This is how they treat someone who paid their $50 premium 2 to 3 times a week. Fast forward to tonight the night of said birthday party and weāre all excited, my husband asks ābabe what kind of food do they sellā so I go online and thatās when I see that they donāt allow outside food including cake unless you have a reservation with a deposit so I immediately think this guy never asked for a deposit so I called to speak to them and mention everything I stated above and that I wasn't informed we wouldāve needed to place a deposit when I called for the reservation⦠We were gonna order a ton of food and just wanted to be able to sing happy birthday to her and asked if we could do anything or pay extra so we could bring in the cake and he flat out said no that it was up to the manager and he wasnāt willing to work with us.. I wasnāt gonna break her heart and cancel so we still went we get there, tell them weāre there and then go order a bunch of food and sit down to wait for the rest of our family and granted they were running a few mins behind but this jerk (for the lack of the word I canāt say without getting flagged but let your mind wonder) comes up to us and says that basically weāre taking up space and if the rest of our group wasnāt there within 5 mins he was gonna cancel our second lane š He was beyond rude and said that in front of our daughter so please know that her being there saved you!! While I understand it from a business point of view there is a better way to handle that and then you stood behind the counter all night like a creep watching us and making stupid little faces so I will not EVER go back to this location, our family will never go to this location and I will write and post a review anywhere I can to let people know to avoid at all costs cause your rude and honestly...

Making up policies as they go with zero regard for the paying customers. While this isnt my first bad experience ill share my last. Went in at 12. They close at 1am. Because there isn't a whole lot of time we requested two lanes and were told no because our party wasn't large enough. Alright that would make sense on a busy night with not many lanes, but there were 16 open lanes. Maybe they were waiting on that party of 100 to come in at 12:45 am beats me. They then placed us in between a party of ten and 6 with no tables to sit so we very kindly requested a lane a bit further down and we're given eye rolls and told no. Obviously because they didn't want to spend the 10 seconds to spit shine the tables. Which of course wouldn't even be dirty because the bar also told us it wasn't serving drinks anymore at 12:15...so with 45 more minutes of open time I guess they don't feel like making an more money with 15 or so lanes of customers still in the building. Sugar on top after we left i was surprised to see all the employees parked directly in front of the building. Guess the staff assumes no handicapped or disabled people would appreciate not walking all the way around the building. This was 15 minutes after 1am so I see that the so called policies and practices they have implemented are working splendidly for them to get out of work more quickly.
