Our Speed Queen washer developed a strange noise six months after delivery. The salesman where we bought it was very helpful but the local Speed Queen service he referred me to was not. After a frustrating period of non-response, the salesman said he would get me another another authorized dealer- Ferrari out of Newington. Fifteen minutes later I got a call from Kaylah at Ferrari’s and we booked an appointment the very next day between 9AM - 1PM. 9:30 the next morning, Rob called and said he was on the way. Rob arrived at my door with his doctor’s bag of tools. He was very attentive, pleasant, and extremely easy to talk with. We went to the basement and ran the washer. Then Rob took the front off my machine, looked underneath, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fully explained to me what was wrong and made a list of parts to order. Several days later, Kaylah set up another appointment and, like clockwork, Rob returned and installed the parts. I used to repair factory machines and it was apparent to me that Rob really knows his way around his machines. I’m happy to say our Speed Queen has been running fine ever since. We came in over the weekend and booked an installation for later in the week at 10-11.
We received a call the day of, and were told that a time for our delivery window hadn't been written down. This resulted in a new window from 11-1.
We received a call at 12:55 that they were running late and would arrive by 3.
Eventually, the installers came, said everything would be "cake," and installed the wrong hoses without telling us, but while talking to each other about someone taking stuff off their truck.
Luckily, we noticed and called. They had the correct hose at the store and immediately sent it over. However, I was told that sometimes they install the plastic hoses and come back later with the stainless steel hoses. I don't understand why no one disclosed that it was the wrong hose, as I paid more money for stainless steel hoses.
I know this may have been a bad day or an unusual experience, but this was my first experience here. I left the store thinking it was great! No one tried to upsell me, dates were set, everything was paid, etc.
Delivery day was such a headache and we were fortunate that one of us is always home, otherwise these hiccups would have significantly impacted our work schedules (it still effected...

Not only did he help me pick a good and affordable product, but he was efficient and friendly with getting me set up for a delivery time that would work for me, even though he had to change some things around in his plans to make it happen. When he and another employee delivered the dryer, they had a hard time getting it in and down to my basement. They both stayed positive and worked well and quickly. As a bonus, they were super nice and funny! Furthermore, Ray replaced a part that I didnt even know I needed, and didnt even charge me for it! They explained the product and made recommendations for how to use it best and get the most out of it. I will DEFINITELY be buying my next appliance from them.
